Having worked as a Senior Ecologist for 10 years, Lorinda stepped down from her role to raise a family and soon after Range Environmental was founded. Upon returning to work, Lorinda handled Range Environmental's finances and behind the scenes reporting commitments. Abraham Naudé
Environmental Scientist
Abraham is an Environmental Scientist with a background in environmental management systems within the mining and industrial environments. Abraham has Bachelor of Environmental Science (Geology and Geography) with Honours and a Masters in Hydrogeology. Abraham previously worked at Harmony Gold Mine in South Africa as the Tailings Foreman managing mine waste operations and tailing storage facilities.

Hannah Bakker
Ecologist
Hannah is an experienced Ecologist, who has completed a Bachelor of Wildlife Science from UQ and Bachelor of Science with Honors in Environmental Science from USQ.
Hannah has experience in delivering comprehensive environmental reports and engaging with a diverse range of stakeholders for a variety of projects, from residential subdivisions to State Government projects. Hannah ensures projects comply with Local, State and Commonwealth environmental legislation.

Madeline Warnick
Environmental Scientist
Madeline is an experienced Environmental Scientist, who has completed a Bachelor of Science (Honours) with Advanced Studies, Class 2A from Griffith University.
Madeline has been involved in a variety of projects through her years at Range and has gained comprehensive environmental experience for various industries across Queensland and New South Wales. She is experienced at undertaking environmental risk assessments, environmental monitoring, seeking environmental approvals, and developing site-specific solutions for clients.

Skye Melton
Ecologist
Skye completed a Bachelor of Environmental Science from USQ in 2022 but started working in 2021 as a Field Officer for invasive species management with Conservation Volunteers Australia. This experience has allowed a solid foundation in ecology with Skye supporting our team with plant and pest identification and practical knowledge of management techniques and ecosystem recovery & resilliance.

Ella Woolfe
Project Environmental Scientist
Ella is our Project Environmental Scientist supporting the team largely in land and water service line. Her expertise lies in contaminated land projects as well as boasting technical skills in soil sampling and Geographic Information Systems (GIS) mapping.

Jack supports all our service lines, around his study commitments, and is always lending a friendly hand and putting in an already very high standard of work. Project Environmental Scientist
Leah completed a Bachelor of Science degree with Griffith University in 2025 where she received awards for academic excellence throughout her studies. She recently completed an internship at the Australian Rivers Institute where she developed report writing and environmental sampling techniques. Read more

Business Support Officer
Marcia is our Business Support Officer keeping the business operations and team running smoothly. Marcia handles our accounts and administration aspects, as well as, providing support to our ever growing team of technical scientists and engineers.
Marcia brings with her a passion for fauna ecology with hands on wildlife caring, handling and rehabilitation experience.
